Welcome to Selfie, provided by Thinkboks, LLC (hereinafter “Selfie,” “we,” or “us”). Selfie is the next generation photo sharing experience. Selfie is an app that creates a community around sharing and discovering the ultimate form of self-expression: selfies. When you use Selfie, you acknowledge that your photos will be shared globally to all selfie users. We encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your photos and comments.
Information we collect
When you use the Services, you may provide us with two main types of information: (1) personally identifiable information that you knowingly choose to disclose, which is collected on an individual basis, and (2) general user information that does not contain personally identifiable information, which is collected on an aggregate basis as you use the Services. In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with requested information, you may not be able to access all of the Services.
Personally Identifiable Information
Information you Provide. We may automatically collect and/or ask for certain personal information from you for the purpose of providing to you content and/or services that you request (e.g., name, contact information such as your email address, demographic information such as your location, age, contact list, gender and any other information, such as profile pictures, content and information you provide to us, including messages sent via chat). We may retain such information on file, so that we may send you the information that you request.
Device Phone Book and Information Others Share. Selfie is a community around sharing, so we may collect information from your device’s phonebook and photos. It’s a way for us to connect you with your friends quickly; however, you have the ability to choose which contacts will be automatically imported to Selfie. Selfie may receive information about you that is received from other users, such as when your friends connect their address book to the Services, invite you to use the Services or post a photo of you. We may use information provided to us by combining it with other information we have collected about you.
Location Information. We collect your device location so that you can use our location-based services. Similarly to your phonebook and photos, you can choose not to use this service by changing the preferences one your device. Please remember if you change your preferences, you may no longer have access to certain features of the Services.

This information represents a generic overview of our users, including their collective habits. Information collected in the aggregate is not associated with you as an individual. We may share user information in the aggregate with third parties, such as advertisers and content distributors.
Third Party Services: We may supplement information you provide to us with information from other sources, such as information to validate or update your address or demographic information. This information is used to maintain the accuracy of information on our Services and for internal analysis.
Other Tracking Technologies: To support the Services we provide to you, we may use services hosted by third parties. These services may collect information sent by a browser as part of a web page request, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser software, and/or clickstream patterns. If these third party services collect information, they do so anonymously without identifying individual visitors. However, we may link the information we record using tracking technology to personal information we collect.
